How we get your order to you.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time are delivered the same business day; orders placed after 2:00 PM CT are delivered the next business day. Same-day delivery is available only within our designated Omaha service area. Delivery is $15 on orders under $50, $10 on orders $50–99, and free on orders $100 and up.
Orders outside the Omaha delivery area are generally processed and shipped the next business day. Live USPS/UPS rates are calculated at checkout from your address, so you only pay the real cost — delivery times vary by the carrier selected and the destination.
Freedom Beauty Supply is closed on major U.S. holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Orders placed on holidays or during holiday closures are processed on the next business day.
Certain beauty products may be classified as hazardous materials under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations — examples include flammable liquids, aerosols, alcohol-based products, nail polish, nail polish remover, acetone, and certain disinfectants. These products may ship by ground transportation only, require special packaging and labeling, and be restricted from certain destinations (including international locations, military addresses, or air transport). We comply with all applicable federal, state, carrier, and hazardous-materials shipping regulations; orders containing restricted items may require additional processing time or alternative shipping methods.
